2/04 - Ellington, field at the corner of Job's Hill and Muddy Brook
Roads -- SANDHILL CRANE at 2:30 this afternoon.  It was last seen
flying northwest.  In that direction there are fields off Green road
in Ellington.

2/04 - Enfield, Pleasant Street Cemetery -- 1 drake BARROW'S
GOLDENEYE. (park in cemetery and walk towards river and train tracks.
Bird can be seen beautifully from here). 
2/04 - Windsor, Windsor/Bloomfield landfill -- 1 first winter ICELAND
GULL.

2/04 - Enfield, Connecticut River -- 11:00  AM - 1:00 PM, BARROWS
GOLDENEYE feeding very actively in the area  approximately even with
the south end of the cemetery at the north end of Pleasant Street.

2/04 - Harwinton yard -- 1 female EVENING GROSBEAK in my big feeder. I
heard  others in back  woods, but did not see, nor did they join her
at feeder.

2/04 - Somers, 9th District and Hutton Road, Farm Pond field -- 11 AM,
2 SNOW GEESE in with 100+ Canada geese.

2/04 - Hammonnassett State Park -- AMERICAN BITTERN in marsh on left
side of road at bottom of hill from the Nature Centre, about 20 feet
from the road!

2/03 - Madison, Hammonasett SP -- ORANGE-CROWNED WARBLER seen in main
road near Tunix area of campgrounds 12:45PM. 2 LAPLAND LONSPUR in with
20+ Horned Larks 2:45PM at Nature Center field. AMERICAN BITTERN,
PEREGRINE FALCON juvenile (fly over pond) 3:20-4:25PM Meigs Point
Pond. 2 PURPLE SANDPIPERS on jetty to right of Meigs Point.  WESTERN
TANAGER 4:50PM.
