NOTE: I have a report that birders have started making a parking
problem at Hammonasset State Park. Specifically, parking on the grass
along the entrance road (where everyone has been looking for the
Western Tanager and Orange-crowned Warbler) is damaging the grass and
park authorities are NOT happy. PLEASE PARK IN THE PARKING LOTS and
walk in!
Thanks!
