IMPORTANT NOTE: LONG BEACH IN STRATFORD IS CLOSED!

Thanks to Charlie Barnard for providing this news.

In the wake of the recent cottage burnings on Long Beach in Stratford,
the town of Stratford has posted signs at the far end of the Long
Beach parking lot which state that there is to be no trespassing onto
Long Beach West - beyond the western end of the parking lot. This is
being enforced, as there have been at least 4 arrests for trespassing
so far. By all appearances, this ban on walking Long Beach West will
be in effect for a long time.
