Canada Geese in a pool of water in a farm field on East St. (Rte.
159N) between Bridge St. and Thrall Ave. on the river side of the
road.

3/15 - Suffield, .along route 159 between Bridge ST. and Thrall
Street/ave. -- Unidentified Swan; definitely not Mute.

And an added note from David Babington: This area can be reached by
taking RT 47 from Washington Depot towards RT 202. At the intersection
of RT 202 make a right turn. Take the first left on to Christian St..
Park behind an old red farm house on the right on the Christian St.
Follow the trial  and cross a small bridge across Bee Brook. Continue
on the trail to a large field.

3/14 - Greenwich, Audubon Center -- (for Shaun Martin) BROWN CREEPER,
COMMON REDPOLL, WINTER WREN
Greenwich, Audubon Center - AMERICAN WOODCOCK; at least 3 performing
courtship flights at dusk in front fields.
3/15 - Greenwich, Audubon Center -- AMERICAN WOODCOCK - at least 6 in
front fields at dusk.
Greenwich, Audubon Center -- (for Brian O'Toole) FOX SPARROW in
thickets down hill from Nature Center

3/15 - Wolcott yard -- 2 Fox Sparrows
3/14 - Wolcott yard -- 3 American Woodcocks displaying.

3/15 - Milford, Pond Point Beach and BayView Beach, accessed from
Pelham Ave -- Had a few hundred Bonaparte's Gulls today.  Earlier this
week the number was closer to a thousand.  They seem to be
congregating in large numbers here this year, instead of at Oyster
River?

3/15 - Meriden, yard -- BLACK VULTURE.
With family:
3/14 - Meriden, horse farm on Johnson Ave -- 2-3 AMERICAN WOODCOCKS
displaying with one flying around the neighborhood. Spring peepers
were weakly calling.

3/15 - Portland, Wangunk Meadows -- 2 male BLUE-WINGED TEALS.  Access
the Meadows via the Glastonbury entrance.  Birds were noted in a pool
of water with 70+ Green-winged teals about 1/2 mile from the entrance.

3/13-14  Stamford, Holly Pond -- 300 BONAPARTE'S GULLS, no  sighting
of the Redhead

3/15 - Southport -- low tide, adult Little Gull with 120 Bonaparte's
Gulls.

3/15 - Waterbury, Bunker Hill residence -- Flock of approx. 50 COMMON
REDPOLLS.

3/15 - Woodmont, Oyster River -- 1 f-w Iceland Gull loafing on the sea
with other gulls. No Boney's.
