3/21 - Stamford, Holly Pond -- 1 PM BLACK-HEADED GULL still present in
with many Bonaparte's.

 From Meredith Sampson & Penny Solum:
3/21 - Stamford, Holly Pond -- BLACK-HEADED GULL with approximately
250 BONAPARTE'S GULLS.  At one point, gull was quite near the wall
making for great viewing and photos!

3/21 - Farmington, Batterson Pond -- 1 immature NORTHERN SHRIKE. (this
bird has been here for almost two weeks hunting deep within the
thickets along the shore, very strange hunting habits). 
3/20 - Farmington, Batterson Pond -- 5:00PM, 6 LESSER SCAUP, 7
NORTHERN PINTAIL, 1 first winter ICELAND GULL and 1 third year LESSER
BLACK-BACKED GULL.  Gull concentrations getting very large in the late
afternoon.

Blackbirds, Blue -Winged Teal, Northern Shoveler.

3/21 - Bridgeport, Seaside Park Pond -- 1 Drake EURASIAN WIGEON

3/21 - Milford, Milford Point -- There's still a group of 15-25
redpolls visiting the feeders at the Coastal Center at Milford Point.
The center is open on Saturday, 10am-4pm, or try viewing them from the
observation tower.  The thistle feeders are at the far right end of
the feeder station, hanging on the mulberry trees.

the intersection of Rt 68 and I-91 (exit 15)

3/21 - Derby, Naugatuck River Greenway -- Red-throated Loon in the bay
at the confluence of the Naugatuck and Housatonic Rivers.  Also, Rusty
Blackbirds, Black Vultures.

3/20 - Stratford, Long Beach -- 6pm, 1 NORTHERN GANNET (fly by).
3/18 - Milford, Merwin Point ("Anchor Beach") -- 1st-winter ICELAND
GULL, on rock.
