11/04 - Norwalk, Manressa Power Plant -- 6:45-7:30AM SNOWY OWL 1st  
year, was observed flying around and hunting successfully.  The Snowy
Owl then settled down and roosted along the rocky shoreline next to
the plant.  
Norwalk, Calf Pasture Beach -- 2:30PM SNOWY OWL was roosting along the
rocky shoreline across the harbor at the Power Plant.  Each time I
noticed as Larry had mentioned a thin wire sticking out its back and
thought it was a transmitter wire for tracking.

11/04 - Norwalk -- The Snowy Owl was seen on Round Beach, the small
hummock very close to shore off the south west corner off Calf Pasture
Beach Norwalk at 10:45 this morning by Chris Bosak and I.  At 11:00
the bird flew west and is currently roosting along the rocky shoreline
across the harbor at the Power Plant, where it was last seen at 12:30,
very scopeable from Calf Pasture Beach.

Purple Finch.

11/02 - Litchfield, N. Shore Rd. (Bantam Lake's N. Bay) -- 1 BLACK

(Bantam Lake's Pt. Folly) -- 3 RED-NECKED GREBES.

on the Cockenoe Island sandbar.

11/03 - Westport, Compo Beach -- 2:10PM SNOWY OWL flying by towards
Norwalk Islands a thin wire sticking out its back and thought it was a
transmitter wire.

11/03 - Stratford, Lordship Point -- Two "Ipswich" Savanna Sparrows in
with a group of regular Savanna Sparrows in the afternoon.
