10/21 - Stratford, Long Beach -- 3 Nelsons Sharp-tailed Sparrows ( 2  
subvirgatus and 1 alterus).

10/21 - Madison, Hammonasset State Park -- 3:30 PM: Seven (7) AMERICAN
GOLDEN PLOVERS (3 in the field by the nature center, 4 across the road
from the swan pond but one field closer to the west pavilion.

10/21 - Southbury, Crookhorn Road, former horse manure dump -- an
unexpected Marsh Wren out of habitat.

 From Bill Banks & Co:
10.21 - New Haven, Lighthouse Point Park hawk watch -- Pine Siskins
are still flowing through with another 1,175.  Neither the Dickcissel
nor the Clay-colored Sparrow were seen despite searching.

Meadowlark on the grassy field next to Hobies.
