THAYER'S GULL at 3:30pm, 4 "Kumlien's" ICELAND GULLS (3 first cycle, 1
dark-eyed adult).

02/16/09 - Madison, Hammonasset State Park -- 4pm, very white Snowy
owl still present on breakwater east of meigs' point; very distant
look...glad it was moving a bit.
West Haven, boat launch -- at least one LESSER SCAUP (with 1,500+
Greater Scaup.)
Guilford, East River Boat Launch -- dark morph ROUGH-LEGGED HAWK,
AMERICAN PIPIT.

seen SNOWY OWL on rocks to the west of Meigs Pt.
