02/19/09 - Farmington -- 1 SNOW GOOSE (white adult) with about 300
Canada Geese on the Farmington Meadows, Red Oak Hill Rd; also 1
ROUGH-LEGGED HAWK in fields behind sewage treatment plant, off Rt 4,
town center; also 1 pair LESSER SCAUP (m, f) on pond at golf course,
corner Town Hill Rd & Rt 4.

 From Jan Collins:
02/19/09 - Somers, 9th District and Hutton Rd.,  corn field on east
side of road --   4:14 PM, 2 immature SNOW GEESE in with the
reappearing flock of several hundred Canada Geese and Mallard.
East Windsor, Broad Brook Mill Pond -- 4:30 PM, 1 GREATER
WHITE-FRONTED GOOSE finally spotted with the hundreds of returning 
geese to the pond.
