10/6 Allen’s Meadow, Wilton. Leading a series of bird walks for the Norwalk River Watershed Assoc (NRWA). A fairly quiet morning, but we had good opportunities to study sparrows, and talk about native plants. Found my FOS Vesper Sparrow in the gravel roadway.  A Northern Harrier was a good raptor for the day. Birds in general have really thinned out.
