Today at the Lighthouse Point hawk watch in New Haven, good flight
conditions prevailed after a couple of hours of SW winds got things off to
a slow start. We ended up with about 200 raptors that included 105 American
Kestrels, 65 Ospreys, 12 Merlin and 11 Northern Harriers.

We also had a Common Nighthawk, a Dickcissel and 85 Bobolinks. There were
no Broad-winged Hawks, very few Accipiters and one Bald Eagle.
