I just posted atlas data for house finches on the blog. This is another of those common species that has not been reported in a lot of blocks, and confirmed in surprisingly few.
Although this species has suffered somewhat from disease, my guess is that the apparent discrepancy is largely due to under-reporting, rather than decline, so I've added some tips on how to search for and confirm the species:
