All updates to program listings are needed by June 1, 2009 in order to be included in the printed Final Program. Program Participants: All program participants are required to preregister by May 15 in order to have their names listed in the Final Program. Program participant registration fees are non-refundable. Only one registration fee payment is required from a participant. If additional payments are received, 90% of duplicate fees will be refunded.
