Bird bathes

I know it has been suggested that folks should not have bird feeders up or have bird baths full because of the unknown disease impacting birds. Since I change the water in the two bird bathes here every day is it alright for me to continue using the bird bathes for my local birds as there are not any local natural sources for water for birds near here?

It is best to cease bird baths too.
