This morning I received what looks like a phishing email sent with COA and Tom Robben's credentials. It asks to send cards to veterans that will be reimbursed when he returns to the US. The return address was not from COA. I'm not sure if it was widely distributed, but wanted everyone to be Aware, Jack Swatt Lempster, NH Wolcott, CT
