Hi all.  This may be of interest:

Join Connecticut Audubon tomorrow, January 19, at 6:30 pm, for an hour-long Zoom presentation by Brooke Bateman, Ph.D., the lead climate scientist for National Audubon — "Birds Are Telling Us It's Time to Act on Climate Change." Dr. Bateman's research shows that there are about 1.5 million acres in Connecticut which, if they are protected, maintained and restored, will benefit birds and also double the state's long-time carbon sequestration ability.
