With the winds and weather being wrong for the last week or more, the front pushing through today may bring some interesting birds our way. BirdCast just issued high intensity migration alerts for our region tonight, and many interesting migratory birds will be on the move. CT Birders would be wise to get out tomorrow to look for migrating birds taking advantage of the tail winds. The passing front may turn up an unusual patch bird or even a regional rarity!!
