Just a heads up that a Zone-tailed Hawk was seen yesterday in Maryland. Highly likely this is the bird that has been returning to the North east for several years. It may continue north-east and summer  again and thus could become a fall passage migrant in mid-September, possibly passing through CT again as it did previously.
