That was certainly an interesting post by Greg H.  The observation of Warbling Vireos singing from their nests is a fascinating one and it raises a few questions:  does only the male sing from the nest or does the female sing from the nest as well?  And how could that possibly be advantageous for the species to sing from the nest?  One would assume that it would help predators (and parasitizing cowbirds) locate the nest and reduce the breeding success of the species.  Very interesting. Time to do some research!
