Here's the details: When: August 27 (Tuesday) Where: Pub Aqui (http://www.pub-aqui.de/) If you already know you're coming, please drop me a note off-list, so we can make an estimate for reservations.

Re: [USRP-users] question about GPSDO module

The reason we want to remove the GPS antenna is the following: we need the time of the USRPs to be synchronized (with precision that can be as bad as microseconds), but we want the oscillators to be free-running (we're building a TDOA estimation architecture that also estimates the LO offsets and LO skew).

There's also another well known old trick or two to get a good estimate at very low hardware cost…rather than me write it up just take a look at this: http://www.dspguru.com/dsp/tricks/magnitude-estimator w.r.t your question about bit weighting, its very unusual to see well designed fixed point data path use a representation of +1 >= x >= -1 because it requires

It is *very* easy to over estimate how fast things converge. Bob > On Apr 26, 2018, at 5:28 PM, Oleg Skydan wrote: > > From: "Hal Murray" > Sent: Thursday, April 26, 2018 10:28 PM > >> Is there a term for what I think you are doing?

Do you go straight to measurement, >> or do you first attempt to estimate it from datasheet and SPICE values? >> If so, can you shed some light on this process?

He built a WWV receiver and worked with NIST to get estimates of propagation delays to get his best time estimate.

And since female albatross lay only one egg a year but take about that much time to incubate and raise their young, Peterjohn estimated that Wisdom has likely raised as many as 30 to 35 chicks. He noted that the the U.S.

I'll use 8' as a good estimate. I'm also not going to consider tide swing - but that has a pretty small effect with 200' of chain. First we have to determine the maximum amount of swing that you can actually experience.
