Qualified Immunity - Clearly Established - Jury Instructions - Role of Judge vs Jury
Tue, Oct 17, 2017 1:34 PM
In terms of the case itself, the unfortunate facts of the case seem to be video's that appear to contradict the officers' recollections of the events which seems to have infected the court's view of the officers' case in my estimation. Moderate Democrats are withholding support while they wait for cost estimates from the Congressional Budget Office (CBO). CBO scoring for all committees is expected by the end of this week, which means that a House vote could occur late Friday. If not, they will wait until after the Thanksgiving recess.

Morphing irregular shape while extruding?

Presumably the factor would be b/h estimated from the photo. Precision won't be an issue as I'll glue some thin but flexible stuff to the outside. The more difficult aspect is that the other end of the print must be a cylinder of about 2 inches (50 mm) in height and 5/8 inch (15 mm) inner diameter. (I'll be attaching a hose or similar.)

The frequency sink uses a heavily "stuttered" approach to   producing the spectral estimate.  If the frame rate is (let's say) 10Hz, then nearly ALL of the incoming sample   frames are dropped on the floor, which is why it *appears* that it is "keeping up" when you only have a frequency   sink in your flow. What kind of computer are you using?
