Tennessee State University to Break Ground on New Academic Building

The new 30,000 square foot building is estimated to cost around $7 million and will be covered through funding from the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Construction will begin in July and is expected to be completed during the Fall Semester 2013. Dignitaries expected to be in attendance at the ceremony include Dr.

House Republicans Would Slow Spending on Pell Grants to Help Balance Budget

The Department of Education has estimated that a quarter of recent growth in the program's cost is due to increases in the maximum award that have taken place under President Obama. Fourteen percent is due to recent changes in the needs-analysis formula that have made more students eligible for the grants.

Only very rough estimates, probably not worth posting, were taken. Juvenile Lesser Yellowlegs, Short-billed Dowitchers, and Least Sandpipers are now around in good numbers. The first juvenile Semipalmated Sandpipers and Semipalmated Plovers are trickling through. Nick Bonomo Orange, CT

Sunrise Birding Walk at Saugatuck Falls - OS Fly etc

Highlight though was the huge numbers of PURPLE FINCHES that we estimated to be about 35+ and? possibly many more. The key to finding these birds is learning the call note and then when you spot one individual in a cedar start to closely scrutinize the area around them.
