So, check your Municipal ad valorem base, estimate the value of your public improvement, get some financial advisor recommendations regarding feasibility, check with Bond Counsel on voter passage requirements. Hope this helps.

Re: Current-day GPS timing receivers

The more you have, the harder they get to estimate. And with that, the chances that the control loop becomes unstable increase. Also verify after each change that the control loop is still stable under varying conditions. And that's about what you need to know about how to design a GPSDO. Sounds easy, doesn't it?

At least 20 yellow rumps, maybe a lot more. > > > > It's a tough place to see birds since the cedars are very dense and you're right on the road without a sidewalk. > > > > Wish I could be more helpful -- I do hope someone else finds it!

Re: BOAT ionospheric effects

So seeing as this is a time-nuts mailing list, I did some calculations as follows: We need to start with an estimate of the electron density profile between 20 and 80 km in both normal conditions and under gamma ray burst impact. The same Umran Inan at Stanford wrote a later paper - open access this time!

Re: x310 Not Sending Jumbo Packets (>8000 bytes) as 1 Packet on 10GigE

The interrupt-load difference would be   about 12.5%, except that would be a naive over-estimate given that the 10Gig NIC subsystem almost certainly   does a lot of interrupt aggregation, etc.
