Fwd: The microsecond time offset between tx and rx bursts are real...
Fri, Sep 13, 2013 8:27 PM
The code simply starts a receive operation 10 msec(@25 MHz) before the send operation (both use time_specs and the receive uses the issue_stream_cmd() function) so the LED can estimate the noise before it receives the transmit burst and to give plenty of padding around the burst to make sure it's leading edge is received in the buffer.

Phase Offset between USRP-B210 Channels
Fri, May 2, 2014 6:30 AM
Hi all, I'm saving IQ-Samples from both Channels of an USRP B210 for Direction of Arrival Estimation with Music. My source Code is based on the rx_multi_samples.cpp example. For tests I connected a sine-generator with a splitter to both channels. With a pulse sine a verified that the measured data is time aligned.

When you have random and systematic effects, separate them and estimate them separately and then build a combined prediction from these models. Random jitter and deterministic jitter are two such aspects. Same applies at longer taus as well.

Although some claim the risk to human health is small, the long-term affects of nuclear dumping are not known, and some estimate up to 1,000 deaths in the next 10,000 years as a result of evaporated nuclear waste.

Highlights from the canoe-birding party included Least Bittern, Great Egrets, a new colony of Bank Swallows, a Common Loon flyover, a Pied-billed Grebe on breeding territory, some Yellow-throated Vireos, and so many Marsh Wrens heard that a very conservative estimate had to be made by ear of 25, with likely many more out of audible range.

The estimate to restore the waterway to its authorized depth of 12feet in each state is: Virginia, $4.2M; North Carolina, $11M; South Carolina, $6M; Georgia, $19.2M; and Florida$3.2M. The AIWW is closing and nobody seems to care! You can save the AIWW and ensure that our children will enjoy its beauty and benefits in the years to come.
