Neighbors, I was driving out of the neighborhood and my trailer hitch came apart! I'm glad it didn't happen on the highway. However, the hitch hit the ground and pulled up the speed bump nearest the park. I will pay for the damage to the speed bump and have it fixed asap! Liz Biles
