There is a dispensary in a municipality I represent that is refusing to pay its permit fee to the city. I have confirmed that they are also non-compliant with the OMMA due to being non-compliant with the municipality. Multiple contacts have been made with the owners and letters sent to the dispensary's registered agent, all to no avail. The municipality is desiring an injunction.
