David,

The duplicate term lists issue you've described is something we've occasional seen and will be addressing in the next release, v4.3, due out at the end of the year.  You can track progress on this working by following this link: http://bit.ly/1JtEg9j

In the meantime, I'm creating a set of instructions on how to delete the duplicate term lists via the CollectionSpace RESTful API.  I will post the instructions to our wiki site and send out a link by the end of this week.

For example I now have 5 instances of the language list. There are several other term lists duplicated. The dup lists are empty. I looked in Jira and did not see issue  similar to this. Can you suggest what my next step should be.
