Eurasian Wigeon (Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry): Jon Ruddy reported a female from Highway 2 between Ingleside and Long Sault on October 27. Harlequin Duck (Durham): Tim and Jeremy Logan reported a female off Darlington PP on October 22. Harlequin Duck (Northumberland): The one found the week of October 7 by Lev Frid off Gull Island was reported to at least October 25. Purple Sandpiper (Durham): James Kamstra photographed one on the shore of McLaughlin Bay October 21. Purple Sandpiper (Muskoka): Aaron and James Rusak reported one from Gray Island in Goergian Bay Islands NP on October 22. Red Phalarope (Essex): Michael and Steve McAllister reported one off the tip of Point Pelee on October 23. Red Phalarope (Hamilton): Rob Dobos found one off Van Wagner's Beach that was seen by many on October 23. RAZORBILL (Ottawa): There were many sightings of up to three birds along the Ottawa River between Britannia and Bate Island on October 24. ATLANTIC PUFFIN (Ottawa): One bird was reported with Razorbills at Deschenes Rapids on October 24. Black-legged Kittiwake (Bruce): Bob and Anne-Marie Taylor reported one off Kincardine on October 22. Franklin's Gull (Elgin): Nate Badger found one at Port Stanley on October 23 that remained to at least October 26. Franklin's Gull (Lambton): James Holdsworth photographed one near Kettle Point on October 21. Pacific Loon (Simcoe): A single bird was reported this week from the Barrie waterfront. GREAT CORMORANT (Durham): Edmond and Elza Cheng photographed one at Waterfront Lakeside Park in Ajax on October 23. Subsequent searches have been unsuccessful. Cattle Egret (Chatham-Kent): Donald Pye found one at Ridgetown Sewage Lagoons on October 21 that remained in the vicinity until at least October 24. Cattle Egret (Frontenac): Kathy Webb and William Depew photographed one at an inaccessible to the public location near Brewer's Mills on October 27. Cattle Egret (Lanark): Louise Ingram found one just west of Merrickville along County Rd 43 on October 26 that was still present October 27. Cattle Egret (Niagara): Jean Hampson and Bob Highcock found a flock of ten birds at Waverly Beach on October 22. Cattle Egret (THUNDER BAY): Kim Gallerno found a flock of 8 individuals at Pays Plat on October 25. Black Vulture (Niagara): Up to five birds were reported from the Queenston area this week. GRAY FLYCATCHER (Brant): Chris Sawyer photographed one near Paris on October 24. TROPICAL KINGBIRD (Essex): The bird found by Eddie Beaubien in Brock Park in Windsor on October 10 was seen by many to at least October 27. TROPICAL KINGBIRD (Thunder Bay): Al Harris, Jake O'Flaherty, Joan and Gord Smith, and Brian Ratcliff found one at Pays Plat on October 25 that remained to at least October 27. Yellow-rumped Warbler (Myrtle x Audubon's) (Hamilton): Sterling Sztricsko photographed one at Royal Botanical Gardens on October 21. TOWNSEND'S WARBLER (Chatham-Kent): The bird found by Ric and Ann McArthur visiting their yard in Rondeau on October 16 continued this week and was seen by many to at least October 27. Dickcissel (Frontenac): One bird was seen by several observers at Belle Park in Kingston on October 22-23. Dickcissel (Ottawa): One bird was found by Derek Dunnett on Bloomsbury Crescent on October 21 that has been seen by many to at least October 27. Dickcissel (Peel): One bird was photographed on October 27 near Etobicoke Creek north of Rathburn.
