Cities Fighting Back Against AmeriCorp

Hi everyone,

The cities of San Francisco and Santa Fe (IMLA member) are taking action against AmeriCorp when they filed a complaint and motion for TRO and a preliminary injunction. Complaint was filed March 10th, and the Motion was filed March 11th. Both are attached to this e-mail.
