Nice strategy to make sure there is no controversy at your meeting - schedule the meeting for one time and make the Zoom meeting for another time.
You posted the meeting as starting on Wednesday at 7 pm but scheduled the Zoom meeting for Thursday at 7:30 pm. Please confirm that the meeting did not occur today because it was not properly posted.

Bruce;

That is a good point. What I do not understand is why the homeowners get either no notice of board meetings or they get one day’s notice?  For the annual meeting, people who wanted to run for the board had less than three days to decide to run and less that three weeks to campaign. The Texas Property Code is very clear how notice should be given.  It’s not even clear to me that the proper consent was obtained from homeowners that would allow email notice in lieu of mail notice.
