Run practice is cancelled due to weather 😏

The workout if you want to do it on your own or on the treadmill:

Dynamic stretches
1-2 mile warm up
6 x 3 minutes at 5k pace with 2 minutes rest between each interval.
1-2 miles warm down
Static stretching
Pat yourself on the back for Gator it done!

I was looking forward to another great practice. I will see you all next
week! We may be going back to the track 😍
