To all quins, Sorry I've been gone lately, I've been doing things with some disabled vet programs around the country and doing some handcycling events for the past few weeks. Hopefully I'll be around a lil more in the next few weeks. So my roomate just accepted a job in Cherry creek and wants to be closer to her job. So I'm renting out the other half of the apartment of my place, I'm in no rush to be honest and the lease ends in early october. But it's a two bedroom 1200 square foot apartment with two bathrooms and a balcony. Here's the link to the apartments building and it's super close to the light rail. It's the B2 model and you can see all the amenities on the website. So if anyone is interested let me know, as I said I'm in no rush but I have furniture already but there's alot of room if you have some stuff. The rent would be half but you get the master, so it's like 715 for rent, 35 utilities and 50 for cable internet, so it would be exactly 800 for everything. Which is pretty cheap for any place in denver these days so if anyone is looking for a place or needs a place let me know.
