It is difficult because of limitations Facebook places on its API, namely that you can only retrieve data from the friends of the person logged in. There is a plugin for NodeXL <http://nodexl.codeplex.com/> that allows you to do that, and I suppose you could have some sort of procedure where participants come to a lab and log in to have their data downloaded. I can’t remember how much of the text content that app retrieves, though. It’s mainly for network analysis.
