To file a claim you must go to the post office in boerne and go inside Let them know what is going on and they will take care of it. I went two days ago and talked to supervisor. She was supposed to call me back and have the carrier and postmaster also call me back. None of this happened. They are out of control bad !!! A few days ago the post office dropped an Amazon box on our front porch. I brought it inside and it was for the house across the street. They were already long gone, so I just laughed and figured we would take it to them. A few minutes later a flustered USPS lady ran up to our door with another box and asked if she gave us the wrong one. She had switched our packages, but realized it and was coming to swap them out...but I had already taken it inside. Anyways, seems fitting with all this craziness../.
