An Introduction to Permaculture: Sustainable Design for Homes and Communities

Permaculture is a design system for creating sustainable, and
regenerative, human habitat. It is an organized "cutting edge of 10,000
year old technologies", include food systems, water harvesting, energy
tools, ecological shelter and much more.
This open talk is a primer for the August 2014 Parkland Permaculture
Design Course. It will briefly cover some examples of permaculture design
as well as ideas for how permaculture design can help our communities
become a more
resilient and vibrant place.
