LSR, Trust you are having a great afternoon. We have several of our children attending Van Raub Elementary. Typically the children will have various fundraising events where they come to you personally. Due to COVID, the school is thinking outside the box for fundraisers. Safety being the big concern. Van Raub Elementary is going to have a Kelani Truck in front of our park from 7:15 to 7:45 tomorrow Thursday, the 15th. Orders can be preordered or served on a walk-up basis. All employees will be wearing masks and gloves, as well as requiring persons picking up orders to also wear masks. Everything raised from this truck goes right back to the school in the form of school events, classroom supplies and programs. This year our big ticket item they are working and saving for is outdoor classrooms and outdoor learning centers. Great idea given the recent environment we live in today. As a community, we always support our children and their fundraising efforts. This is a great opportunity to get out and support the kids in our community and take home a yummy yogurt dessert.
