Weather: Winds were more westerly than forecast early on before finally going NW. Mostly cloudy for the count period and temp to a high of 6C. Raptor Observations: Hardly anything moving through with just 5 birds for the count today. Non-raptor Observations: A nice flock Tundra Swans with 30 that passed through not long after 10 a.m. Flocks of Am.Robins and blackbirds. A few E. Bluebirds, N.
