Greetings!

Tahoma Audubon is hiring an AmeriCorps Environmental Educator who will teach
nature programs throughout Pierce County as well as coordinate and lead
after-school environmental clubs in Tacoma, Fife, University Place, and at
Fort Lewis. This is a full-time, temporary position which begins on
September 1, 2010 and ends on July 15, 2011. The AmeriCorps living stipend
is $1,050.00 per month, plus AmeriCorps benefits. Additionally, Tahoma
Audubon pays mileage reimbursement for personal car use between the office
and program sites. Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 25 to
apply.

Due to the number of lesson materials one might bring from site to site, a
reliable personal vehicle is highly recommended.

We are currently accepting applications through the AmeriCorps Washington
Service Corps website, as well as accepting resumes and letters of reference
via email to StephSwaim@TahomaAudubon.org. For more information, please
visit our website www.TahomaAudubon.org/employ and the AmeriCorps website

We look forward to hearing from you!
