Municipality had granted use of space on water tower in exchange for company
providing wireless service to the municipality. Service was inadequate, so
municipality is not using it.
Lease term has expired and company needs to pay or remove antennas. Do any
of you have insight as to what is a reasonable charge in this situation?
Use is non-exclusive, if that matters.
Thank you,

What is the value of their monthly subscription? I would ask for that since that is what you are supposedly getting.
Good Luck!
