While playing golf today at Sterling Farms in Stamford, my wife saw a resplendent male Ring-Necked Pheasant walking on the 14th hole. She was able to approach very closely. I had never seen a Pheasant at Sterling Farms before. Are these birds being released by the State? Paul Plotnick Stamford
