A week a two ago I discovered a new feature available through the USPS, called Informed Delivery.  You sign up, creating an account, and you receive images of most mail (normally letters) that are arriving.  You will also be able to track packages through USPS that you are receiving.
Site:  https://informeddelivery.usps.com/box/pages/intro/start.action
If link is stripped, look up “Informed Delivery” with USPS.  There’s is also an app you can download.
It took a couple of days before I started receiving notifications, but now I receive e-mails letting me know what mail is (supposed) to be delivered each day.  The app also shows me what mail is to be delivered. I’m able to view the images so that I know what most of the mail it that is arriving.  If mail is not received, one can report it in the app (they recommend giving it a week before reporting it).
Just offering this as a suggestion to anyone.  I’m not believing this will solve any of the mail delivery issues we’re experiencing.
