I just posted this on the "official" aglca forum but its open to any loopers, and other boaters who might be in the Chesapeake next year...... so far there are 4 interested parties.

This is an initial notice of invitation to 2013 Loopers and other boaters in the Chesapeake/Potomac area.

TWINS will sponsor an informal Looper Gathering at the Corinthian Yacht Club. We have the facilities to support a group of cruising boaters next spring and look forward to sharing with those that can attend. More details of dates and venue will be provided as we get feedback.

Corinthian has multiple docking facilities including covered slips and T-docks. There are also nearby anchorages, two within sight of our boat. We have a main clubhouse with cooking facilities, outdoor BBQ grills and dining room. Nice clean showers and laundry too! We will probably do a BBQ type event and/or maybe a Paella party.

Corinthian is a boater friendly community, primarily powerboats. Busy on weekends, quiet during the week. It is located Mid Bay at the southern tip of Maryland, around the corner from the Solomans.

Let me know of questions or comments and I'll start a list of interested parties. Post here, or send me an email at vquince@comcast.net
