Folks, My municipality is doing a project that calls for separate bids on different aspects of a project. The bids were opened and on one portion the city received no bids. Bidders on other items informed management it could buy the item prefabricated out of state. This is a capital improvement project. The cost of the prefab item is $150,000.00+. Is there any option other than rebidding the matter? How many times does one have to rebid if that is what is required?
