Dear fellow dawgs:
Several members stepped in to fill the open spots required to have the meaningful annual Ryder Cup event last week, thanks to Trent, Warner, Tom Mohler, and Stephen Boyle. Mark Allen, the captain of the El Verde Team, and Victor V, the acting captain of the El Rey Team, supposed to conduct the team members draft last Saturday at the Brae event when the bad news surface that two players, who previously committed to play this year, had to back out of the Ryder Cup for the family's health concerns. After a brief analysis of the current Covid19 situation, Mark and Victor decided to cancel our Ryder Cup event this year instead of looking for two more players to fill the teams with merely a month to go. We are disappointed about the cancellation but, the health of our players and their family is more important than friendly golf competitions, and annual fun gathering among the dawgs. We sincerely apologize to every dawg for the inconvenience. We hope that our events will get back to normal in 2021. We will refund everyone's entry fee as soon as possible. Stay safe and feel free to contact one of us for additional information.

Hi Victor:
I truly appreciate the concerns by all parties in regards to the COVID
pandemic situation. As mentioned when you reached out earlier, my 2 sons
would be willing to join us if you can estimate a handicap for them. Austin
played with us in the past as Reed can attest to.....LOL. At any rate, if
you want to reconsider cancelling, they would still be willing to join us.
This way, all parties that are committed to the Ryder cup can still enjoy an
outdoor golf experience for a weekend. I for one actually was looking
forward to getting out of the house to enjoy the outdoor experience and be
around the Dawgs. Of course with the utmost concern to everyone's health
and well-being. Let me know.... Thanks Victor!

We appreciate your interest, Mark. The latest 2 guys who cancelled are real diehards, and we never expected them to cancel. In both cases their reasons were based on the potential of endangering their families, and no one can argue against that.
With only 4 weeks to go if we have additional cancellations we'll be very unlikely to fill those spots. I hate doing this, but we'll try to set up some other events before the end of the year to kind of make up for it. Next year will be all the better!!

With only 4 weeks to go if we have additional cancellations we’ll be very unlikely to fill those spots. I hate doing this, but we’ll try to set up some other events before the end of the year to kind of make up for it. Next year will be all the better!!

Hi Victor:
I truly appreciate the concerns by all parties in regards to the COVID pandemic situation. As mentioned when you reached out earlier, my 2 sons would be willing to join us if you can estimate a handicap for them. Austin played with us in the past as Reed can attest to………..LOL. At any rate, if you want to reconsider cancelling, they would still be willing to join us. This way, all parties that are committed to the Ryder cup can still enjoy an outdoor golf experience for a weekend. I for one actually was looking forward to getting out of the house to enjoy the outdoor experience and be around the Dawgs. Of course with the utmost concern to everyone’s health and well-being. Let me know…….. Thanks Victor!

Dear fellow dawgs:
Several members stepped in to fill the open spots required to have the meaningful annual Ryder Cup event last week, thanks to Trent, Warner, Tom Mohler, and Stephen Boyle. Mark Allen, the captain of the El Verde Team, and Victor V, the acting captain of the El Rey Team, supposed to conduct the team members draft last Saturday at the Brae event when the bad news surface that two players, who previously committed to play this year, had to back out of the Ryder Cup for the family’s health concerns. We will refund everyone’s entry fee as soon as possible.
