A subscriber asked why he's having trouble receiving email from the List.

A "bounce" occurs when the list software attempt to deliver an email
to a subscriber, and for whatever reason, the email is rejected by
the subscriber's email host. It is frequently caused by a mailbox
being full, or the result of email being sent to an invalid address
or a canceled account.

If you continue to have problems, contact your ISP as the problem is
at your end.
