Come join us in Keystone 102 at 10:00 this Tuesday (July 21) for a talk by Dr. Mark Jordan from Seattle University, entitled, “Monitoring the Impacts of Land Use on Urban Wildlife in Seattle.”
Dr. Jordan's talk will describe the research he and his students are doing on the impacts of human development on habitat use and dispersal of wildlife in Seattle's natural areas. He will describe preliminary results as well as discuss the importance of collaboration between academic institutions and government agencies for this type of work.
