Hi Neighbors,
On several different occasions, I have come out of my house at 7:40 to go
to work and there has been a drone hovering over my back yard. When I go
outside, it takes off toward highland ranch. Had anybody else had this
experience or does anybody know who is flying this thing?

A drone was hovering over our back yard as my daughter and I were standing on the deck. I stared at it then it took off towards Highlands. This was in the afternoon. I believe it was a Monday, couple weeks ago. We live on Heritage Pass.

You can legally fly your drone over other people's houses and private property as long as you are not openly invading their privacy, causing damage to their property or endangering their life or family in any way. Illegal to take pictures or videos. It is illegal to shoot them down so put up the 12 gauge shotguns. I don't believe police will respond to a complaint.

You can legally fly your drone over other people's houses and private property as long as you are not openly invading their privacy, causing damage to their property or endangering their life or family in any way. Illegal to take pictures or videos. It is illegal to shoot them down so put up the 12 gauge shotguns. I don't believe police will respond to a complaint.
