Happy SAFE Halloween
We are a popular Halloween neighborhood so be ready to entertain a sizeable group of “trick or treaters”. As always the safety of these little ones is an important consideration so please allow your guests to park in your driveway or off-site and not on the street which may otherwise expose walkers to traffic. We also encourage you to take extra precautions and drive safely. Please report any non-festive activities to blockwatch@vuecrest.net mailto:blockwatch@vuecrest.net.
Sumiyoshi/Continental Lux Apartments NOW OPEN for Rental!
The five-story, 137-unit rental apartment complex at our east entrance (the northeast corner of 10th and 100th) with two levels of underground parking is now open for rental! The first residents have already moved in!
It’s FUN to be involved and meet NEW Neighbors?
Do you have one evening per month to dedicate to your neighborhood? We’re looking to fill a couple upcoming vacancies on the Vuecrest HOA Board of Directors as two Directors complete their terms this year. If you are dedicated to the welfare of your community (as a whole) and your neighbors (as individuals), this may be a good place for you. Please contact directors@vuecrest.net mailto:directors@vuecrest.net with your questions and willingness to serve. Also, feel free to submit the name of a community member who you feel might be a good candidate who will be contacted to discuss the details of the opportunity.
