Anybody have any idea why our friend outside the gate is videoing all of the cars that come out again? Haven’t seen the camera for a while, but he’s screaming at people again...

I had not seen him for a while but he gave the middle finger to me and my 9-year-old daughter as we went through the gate on the way to school. I am planning to make a report to the sheriff's office as recommended by the Board. Does anyone have his name or address so we can be sure all the reports are being recorded correctly?
