The meeting was called to order Introductions of BODs along w/ Misti Jacobs and Dawn Satterfield from Wildwood Management Judy Parker with WW was announced to be our LSR Account Manager starting July 26th. Quorum was announced as being met with 51 ballots. The ballot language was read for the members in attendance Misti Jacobs announced the approval of the Bylaws amendment by a vote of 43 Yes and 8 No The amended Bylaws will now be signed, notarized and filed with the county A copy will then be mailed to each owner and posted on the HOA website Meeting was adjourned Your LSR BODs Tom Angotti Reid Cain Greg Anderson
